Mission
The mission of the Metro Urology Foundation is to provide educational opportunities where people living with urologic conditions, and their families and friends, can join with others to increase their knowledge and understanding of the urologic conditions they live with daily. Too often individuals living with urologic conditions suffer in silence based on lack of understanding and conversation. The Metro Urology Foundation was founded to create programs for the public directed at increasing conversation, knowledge, treatment, prevention, and understanding of urologic conditions.
Vision
Free of charge and nonprofit, the Metro Urology Foundation will provide awareness and education programs which work to improve the quality of life for people living with urologic conditions. The Metro Urology Foundation will partner with community support and networking groups, as well as health education awareness programs. The Metro Urology Foundation will also provide lectures, workshops, and other educational events for those affected by urologic conditions; increasing prevention of urologic conditions and awareness for the community at large; as well as improved quality of life and community for those living with urologic conditions.
